The logic is all receipt dated since 3/15/13 is worth at least 5% of the
before tax value. Either buyer can add to their account or sell for 5% + an
agreeable percentage.Convenience is also worth something.
The bottom line is the rate of receipt dated before 3/15 will be up or it is
easy to sell.
