卖了个新电脑, 然后病人来信:
The supposedly brand new computer I purchased from you came to me with the
box previously opened and Windows not activated. I called Microsoft with
the activation code and they said it was a bad code. What do you plan on
doing to rectify this?
电脑肯定是新的, 就是这个windows的问题, 会这样吗?

天知道为什么
或者是太笨了.比如说字母,数字看错了.这个有可能.所以微软看来也是bad code.
或者根本就是evil

我的win8机器都不需要activation的，直接可用的

如果病人自己更改了其中的硬件配置，比方把原硬盘改为SSD，那肯定无法activation。

he mean MS office, not windows, many very sick sick patient. but if he claim
your new laptop is "box previously opened and Windows not activated" then
he just want to get some $$ from you
