Charge back输的话有signature 也没用，paypal不仅不cover,还要倒收你20刀，这种
情况多了去了

这次是$13，已经是第2次了。
上次被坑了$30几的
上次也很类似，是一个人盗用buyer的ebay下的单。最后真正主人发现dispute.
这种不是我的错啊。又不是我没有寄东西。
不应该纠结于我寄没寄出东西。
问题的关键是我不知道谁的号是被盗用来买我东西的。
