Now seller cannot even open a case to cancel to get back FVF.
2. Filed unpaid case before.. Later seller cannot open a case to cancel..

1是这样, 你看看你的paypal, 连paypal fee都不退的. 要不怎么叫恶霸.

我怎么记得现在是refund之后,fvf自动回来的
partial refund也是partial fvf refund

为了5 $ ＦＶＦ CALL 要花半个小时，，不值啊
EBAY 这系统设置，，就是 偷你的ＦＶＦ。。
明显违法的

那有这么好. 连paypal reverse的payment, fvf也没自动退.
我今晚才找了两个出来,没发现就给恶霸吞了.
