看到FBA fully refund了一个去年12月份的order, 然后发信去问为什么, 回答
说:
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you with regards to order: 112-
345566454-7845042 being refunded after 30 days. However, Amazon at times
makes case by case exception in accepting return after 30 days and the main
reason being to maintain Customer satisfaction. The policy is locate in the
link below under " Providing flexibility for customers":

确实还有:

is a normal part of doing business. One of the things that attracts

cancel and return orders. Also at the same time Amazon takes steps to be

所有的货都压得不成样子了,然后收到这封信。FBA有时候还真可恨。
Dear Seller,
Our FBA Operations has completed it investigation and as per the images
provided has approved a reimbursement of $619.34 which is 10% of the unit
value as per the FBA's Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy:

As the damages are cosmetic damages on the retail packaging and the content
itself is not damaged they have approved reimbursement of 10% for the
damaged. I will update you when the credit is posted to your account.
