first ask him check front back proch etc everywhere in case it's hidden.
this give him some stairs to step down in case he is inexperienced evil.
then ask him to email you a official statement of non-receiving with
address and phone number, say you will need to file with the carrier
investiagtion. And also say please don't worry, you will register this item
SN with manufacturer for stolen goods. And you will issue full refund once
he send you the letter. Some evil may find the package hidden by his dog.
