寄了个100左右的东西，用ebay打了
label，drop在邮局，但是邮局过了9天还没跟新状态。

buyer说没收到，我就又寄了份给buyer，同时想如何和ebay argue。
应该怎么办呢？谢谢。

“又寄了份”是什么意思又把同样的东西寄了一个买家是吧然后你想让恶霸给你
cover之前寄丢的东西这个应该没戏吧这是USPS的责任你drop的时候拿了receipt
吗可以让他们调查好像也赔不了多少除非你买了保险

there is no evidence that the package has been in USPS possession at the
first place. both USPS and Ebay won't cover you. You may cancel the label to
get the shipping fee back. Most likely, the package was stolen by the
postal worker before scanning into the system.

how to cancel label to get fee back?

seems like you can only cancel label in 7 days, after that you have to call
usps to get it back manually. I lost two packages similar ways, let me know
if you get your postage back.

如果USPS worker 偷了，就一点没办法吗？
