ebay/paypal的话只要有签名，charge back就会自己承担损失

签名too. if delivered with signature before chargeback, you may not notice
the chargeback because Amazon has verified that and cover it. If not
delivered, no signature, or buyer returns it and then charges back, you need
to present your case logically by timelines. Good luck!
