找了半天，没找到哪里可以cancel订单，难道bid的东西不可以取消？
还是不confirm shipping就可以了，回头自动refund?

If no worry about negative feedback, just refund the buyer at Paypal. Then
at Resolution Center, open an case (you need to give a reason, find the best
one on the list), ask to cancel it. Your buyer has the right to refuse the
cancellation. If no response from the buyer in 7 days, the case will be
closed and you will get your final value fee back.
