我被这种recycled tracking number害惨了。最近一个星期从stamps打出来的几乎全是
recycle的，不停有病人来骚扰，更有几个直接open case。

by our Research and Development Department. This fix will prevent new
tracking numbers from displaying old data on new prints after 8/7/2013. We
