Amazon's return policy is "within 30 days of receipt of shipment".
Is it:
1. Request return within 30 days?
2. Ship it back within 30 days?
3. returned item is received by seller within 30 days?
A dropshipper bought something from me and used another real buyer's address
as shipping address. The real user wanted to return it so the dropshipper
wanted to return it to me. I authorized the return but the item was not
returned in time. Dropshipper said it was delivered to me on 7/10 (40 days
after real buyer received it. And I went for vacation before this date.).
Dropshipper provided an invalid tracking so I cannot verify it.
What should I do?
Can I reject the refund? Would Amazon stand by my side if dropshipper
initiated charge back (or the percentage of chance that I win the case)?
