之前被bl了
然后我最近下了toshiba电脑，收到confirmation email
但是账户里面点进去看order
总是显示
We're sorry, but this feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again
in a few minutes. If this problem continues, email us at [email protected]
staples.com or call a Staples associate at 1-800-STAPLES (1-800-782-7537)
for assistance.
后来电脑也寄出来，然后easy rebate是系统找不到order， online chat也这么说。最
后说让我等明天再联系，他们研究一下
有人有类似情况吗？
我感觉是bl不彻底搞出来的

东西买到了，但是rebate搞不了也很尴尬啊，packing slip已经扔掉了。。。

不过是store pick的
在account里面就是找不到

I had one recently too. Called staples last week, was told that it should
become OK on this Monday. but I can't submit the easy rebate until now. I'll
submit the rebate by mail.

staples所有账户都有这问题，还是只有少数账户有这个问题？
