刚联系了买家，回复如下
Yes this is correct! I have been arguing with my post office for two days. I
received a notice from the post office saying they tried to deliver it to
my home but I was at work. It said it was available for me to pick it up,
and I went to do so and they could not find it. I was actually looking into
tracking it, but they definitely should not have been returned that was a
mistake on their part. Let me know how we can move forward from here. I hope
I wouldn't have to pay for shipping again, and I also don't think you
should have to pay either
应该是Usps的失误。能找邮局argue吗？.

再寄没意义，除非换Fedex or UPS
你和buyer联系，有online tracking info，offer refund一般buyer也能理解。
也可以等buyer来联系你再说。

Don't open it. Bring it to your local Post Office and ask them to re-send it
. it should be free of charge. I have done that several times.

Ups太贵了，看买家意思他想要东西的，我再寄好了，即使多花运费
