can I do the Toshiba rebate online, or it must be mail-in-rebate with SKU?
I searched Toshiba rebate sites, and they are all non-official site that
look fishy. the official Toshibadirect.com rebate center is empty.

yeah, finished the steps. now I know why the ebiz resellers like Staples,
you can get the rebate check/GC and resell the product without cutting out
part of the original package.
