难得在EBAY上卖个东西，用USPS priority 寄的，24号就out for delivery了，但是当
天又回到了sort facility,接下来每天都在sort facility不停地scan,打电话给USPS什
么也问不出，请问这个情况怎么办？要主动联系buyer吗？谢谢
