在half.com上卖了本新书。全新的。这是我卖的第一本书，我想是被对方砍伤了。
对方收到后说
Comment/ Question: I received the book today. Thank you for your speedy
shipping. This book was listed under "brand new" on the website. I
purchased it because it was a great price for a "new" book. After opening
the packaging and removing the book, I immediately noticed the spinal
binding. The binding on the spine is not sturdy at all. When the book is
lying with the front cover facing and looking the binding it is separating
on both the front cover and back cover, which leads me to believe that it
will be completely separated by the time the semester ends and I'll be
dealing with pages falling out of the book.
这种情况怎么办呢？我也没有给我的书拍照。我list的价格也是市场价格。并不是什么
great price。

好好沟通，不一定是 evil。可能是搞错了，也可能对方是思路呆板的轻微偏执狂。客
客气气很professional
地沟通。
每份邮件必须以“thanks for the business" 或类似的作为第一句话。

我叫他寄回来了。咽不下去这口气。寄书都花了10来块钱。

Thank you. I will put the book in the mail and return it via express mail,
as I need my refund because I have to purchase another book and have it
before classes begin. By the way, if I had been at a bookstore and saw this
book in the condition that it is in, I would not have purchased it because
the binding is not sturdy enough to withstand someone actually using the
book for studying. The ONLY way I would have purchased this book in the
condition that it is in is if it were the LAST BOOK on the shelf.
这个是他的回复。我该怎么办呢？我也没收到half.com的钱啊。他还想express，4磅多
重呢。他这是故意的吧。postage是他付的吧。

这个人很着急地要快递这本4磅多的书给我要我马上refund还给他说不想上课的时候被
抓到没书。有什么我要注意的吗？我从来没卖过书啊，half.com也没有给我结账啊。
