newegg的卡，new sealed, 收到几天说有问题要退，风扇那个问题感觉除非是本身
defective. ebay出掉 病人fb有一百多还不错
received the item quickly and it appeared to be sealed and in good shape,
however, upon opening and inspecting the card, I notice that there are loose
screws on the fan cover as well as a bent metal bar that holds the fan
cover in place, indicating that this component has been dropped. Regardless,
I tried it out on two brand new, freshly installed systems, both with
different hardware. It crashes every time I try to render a drawing on
either system and I have the absolute latest Catalyst drivers and all OS
updates. I am a network engineer and have built many systems for customers.
It is extremely rare for a card to not work in more than one system unless
it is defective. In this case, there is certainly an indication of damage on
this card. It appears that it may have been used/damaged and then placed
back in the box and re-shrink wrapped. I'd like a full refund immediately. I
will pay for return shipping.
