第一次寄错东西了,再寄label又弄混贴错了,病人给了第三次机会。

will end up with something else, however I will allow you to try to send me
the right item. I will also like to get a receipt with my order. I
appreciate you taking the time to make it right. I would also like to make
sure you educate the other gentlemen that to respond to an email with "my
bad" is not good customer service.
