The problem I am having is with the yellow ink cartridge. I was able to
setup my printer and connect it with my computer, but the one yellow ink
light keeps shining as if the printer is not reading it. Epson sent me a new
ink in replacement hoping that maybe the other one had just been damaged,
but after replacing the old one with the new one, the light is still shining
. So the ink must not be the problem, but the printer itself is and I have
no idea of how to go about fixing this problem. If you have any ideas of
what the problem is please let me know.
