在Amazon卖了一台iPad2，我里面已经写了sold as is，No return accepted，但病人
收到后两天就说No longer needed，请问我可以直接close他的request吗？

return reason 是“no longer wanted”
shipping 当然不退，restocking fee 按理也可以收吧，但是可能病人会留 neg 吧

The buyer says he will file an A-Z claim if I charge a restocking fee. But
he would like to pay for the return shipping. I am going to issue a partial
refund to the buyer.
Since Amazon still charges fees from the refund, anyone knows how to avoid
