i am returning an item to ebay seller, he emailed me a USPS commercial base
prepaid label, but when i took the package to the post office to ship it,
the postal guy used the priority mail rate and told me i need to pay $15
more.
what did I do wrong??
the return label from the seller says priority 1day for $8, but post office
is using priority 2days and charge me $22.
can any1 help pls?
