如果是amex自己发的卡，附卡号码与主卡不同，可以同时参加。其他银行发的主副卡号
码一致，即使名字不同也不行，只能算张卡

75usd on one single receipt, or it doesn't matter, as long as i accumulate
75+ usd by the end of december?
2) will the 25 usd credit show on my amazon account, or on my am ex account?
