卖的2240打印机，才working 几天就stop working, 说toner 有问题，我收回来一看，
toner 灯一直亮，打印不了。联系brother 技术部，被告知该打印机已经被换过8个
toner,打印了12000多页，drum和toner都exhausted，测试打印页的serial number也和
我原来的不match,但是打印机盒子和打印机外面贴的sticker都是我原来的serial
number，已经report给paypal 和ebay了，不打算refund，会胜诉吗？

如果你有brother 的文字证明, 比如信, 或者email,
ebay应该会cover你.

I was almost cheated by him and almost fully refunded him. thought I'd give
brother a call to decide what is exactly wrong with a brand new printer.To
me, brother was the most reliable machine that rarely had any issue. I was
shocked that this printer already printed out so many pages.
Evil to the hell!

buyer opened significant not as described case.
"Seller sold me a defective item that after been used only for several days
until the replace toner light came on and didn't go away after replacing

is trying to make all excuses and accusing me in doing something wrong just

从他的描述中就可以显而易见，一个正常的buyer一般有问题就直接找卖家退货了，据
不可能换几次toner。我是不是可以根据这点反驳他的谬论。

我上个月也碰到了这个evil，同一人，我还在这里求助过。但我自己无知，最后ebay判
这个buyer赢，被强制refund了。

能提供更加具体的信息吗，可以站内交流。如果有可能，paypal也许会cover 你原来的
损失。
另外，如果是brother系列，可以有办法打印出测试页，检查打印机的历史。病人想偷
梁换柱就很容易鉴别
方法：快速按7次"Go",能让打印机从toner有问题的状态跳到simulate模式，ready的定
会亮，就可以打印了。然后快速按3次"Go", 就能打印出printer setting 页，上面有
打印历史记录，换过几次toner, 出现过几次Jam,已经很多其他细节。

现在已经知道有另外两个医护被他骗过打印机了！

我今天已经给paypa和ebay打电话，晚上告诉他是骗子，我不打算refun，他还欠我
return shipping cost和printer recycle fee。丫晚上就开了significant not as
described case.
我打算明后天接着给paypal打.
你们最好给paypal打电话，因为钱是paypal扣的。我是先给paypal打，report完后又要
了ebay相关部门的电话：866-540-3229
几十块钱不算多，也就外面撮一顿。但是evil的存在会继续祸害他人，一定要把的

建议你们几个最好都去打电话
就说在某个论坛上遇到了相同的问题
应该是主要给ebay打电话。告诉他们交易记录。
这种evil不修理不应该。

当年有个evil说我寄的2500k cpu是坏的，针脚都断了，还附上照片proof。intel已经
好几年没出有针脚的cpu了，2500k根本没针脚，真当大家都白痴。

office manager一般就是管office器材和办公用品的。可能偶尔发现通过这种方式能够
赚到额外的外快，先通过自己的paypal买下office需要的打印机，然后报销开支。过一
段时间联系卖家说不work，要退，refund后钱就自然进入他自己的腰包。然后就乐此不
疲地寻觅下一个目标。现在我知道的3个类似的case基本都是同样的原因，claim
defective because toner/drum不work。

另外全部写信给LAW FIRM其他人告诉他们他们的OFFICE MANAGER以他们公司名义干这个

同名同姓的人应该不少，怎么能肯定他就是该law firm的OM? 如果真的是，倒是有必要
联系一下该所的律师。
我的respond开头是这样的，后面就是简单列举事实。
“We have gathered more information to prove this buyer is a fraud and there
were recurrences of similar cases. We bear no tolerance for fraud, and hope
Ebay/paypal do the same.

然后告诉他你已经收集了所有证据，他这么做是FRAUD。你会起诉他，同时会PUBLIC这

可以给骗子发msg,i am contacting the employer to confirm your identity.

ebay有时候比amazon还弱智，因为ebay自己不卖东西，没被搞过。amazon自己估计都被
搞了无数次，所以amazon有时候对seller的意见和反馈还是很重视的。
