发了一个包裹,预测是10号到,结果被Fedex送到错误的地址去了,这下病人疯了,写
了好几封信要求退款。我说Fedex已经找到了,正在准备拿回来送给你,不依不饶,一
定要退款。Fedex业可恨,两天前已经知道在哪了,到今天都还没去拿回来,打电话去
问,说要等经理调查一下。Fedex不肯快,病人不肯等,咋办?

If communication does not work, and you'd like this transaction happen, then
offer a discount as courtesy, and see if the patient can wait longer.
If the patient can't wait longer, clearly state that the delivery is still
within the time window, as mentioned by LS, and the order is cancelled upon
buyer's request. And call back the package.

多谢两位指点,问题就是已经超过时间了。Fedex4号就已经投递了,当时是按时投递的
。前天主动打电话给我说送错了。病人一直等到10号,才来问我。我已经offer给他一
些discount了,还不知道肯不肯。Fedex真可恨,就在同一个area,为什么不能当天去
拿回来送到正确的地址。
