paypal received payment $19000, 看来今年要被射1099了. 一直小心翼翼，不知不觉
还是给忘了。。。。准备打包回国了

Under the legislation, we'll report to the IRS the total payment volume
received by US account holders whose payments exceed both of these levels in
a calendar year:
US$20,000 in gross payment volume from sales of goods or services in a
single year
200 separate payments for goods or services in the same year
超过200笔了吗？

假如说在ebay和amazon卖东西分别都没过200笔20000元，但是两个加起来过了200笔
20000元，还会收到1099吗？

没超过200笔，
但是之前不是有人说paypal并不按照那个规定来么。。。。
