现在发现
1. Payment info 和shipping完全不一样
2. The sender of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified
这时候应该怎么处理呢

好了 现在到了这一步
cancel transaction case open
If the buyer agrees to cancel the transaction, this case will be
automatically closed and you will receive a Final Value Fee credit.
If the buyer declines to cancel the transaction, this case will be
automatically closed and you will not receive a Final Value Fee credit.
If the buyer does not respond to the request, you can close this case after
7 days to receive a Final Value Fee credit.
也就只能做这些了吧?
