卖了个四五百的东西，新的有封条，病人收到后过了几天ebay message说不work，我让
联系厂家warranty，他回信问怎么搞，把具体信息发过去并告诉可以退50给他，没反应
直接paypal claim not as described。
现在是不是只能让他退回来？如果东西是好的或者被掉了包有办法扣restocking或不退
款不？我看paypal给的response里就没这些选项。
病人是个阿三，买东西当天注册的光头，可疑的是留的电话打过去说没这人，留的
email看着是工作email，但把最后的域名少写一个字母，邮件发不过去，也不知道我后
面发的message看到没（ebay的email估计他也收不到），不知是否故意的。
求教怎样最小化损失，如果是evil不让他得逞。有用的回复发包子。多谢

你可以用paypal里付钱的email连络，那个mail不可能写错的，错的话根本没办法付钱
给seller。
如果真是东西本身的问题，你理应要接受return，担心东西调包就是收货时注意check
S/N，有的话立马拍照当证据。

paypal里email也是一样的错的
如果真有问题，当然接受退货，只是丫联系方式都是错的让人生疑
paypal要respond，应该选哪个？
-Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of $xxx USD. The buyer can
keep the item(s).
-Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of $xxx USD. The buyer
must return the item(s).
-Offer the buyer a partial refund in an attempt to close this claim.
-Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.
-Disagree with claim. I would like to provide additional information.
如果选第二个，等我收到return东西掉包或者根本是好的，是不是也没机会搞他了？

Please do not issue the refund before you receive the item. Now, you
have to make sure why the item does not work. If you have collected enough
information to determine it is defective. You need to accept the return.
Just tell the buyer that you accept the return in the case. Once you get
the item and the condition is as you shipped to him, you will issue a full
refund within 24 hours.

多谢楼上几位，包子已发。
病人联系方式都是错的，联系不上，现在病人esclate to Paypal claim了就想问问这
样的话，收到return后如果是evil我还有没有机会argue，还是paypal直接就全额退了？

基本上無解了
病人只要把東西退給你，並提供tracking number給ebay，東西只要delivered他就可以
拿回錢，
就算他寄給你磚頭也一樣，

同意。上次病人退回来一个调包的打印机，基本上是不能用了，我提供了各种证据，包
括联合板上其他被evil骗到的医护一起向paypa/ebay report,最后paypal明知道病人是
骗子，还是给丫full refund了。给我了一个appeal的机会，要我去police office要
report，或者去宣誓公证。我赶在出去旅游的当天去银行公证，结果当天paypal就维持
原判,close 了 case。paypal就是evil的天堂!
