大约4周前在Ashford上买了块表，结果过了几天网上又有additional 5%discount，算
下来少了大约20几刀，于是去信给buysafe，因为它承诺是Lowest price guarantee
within 1 month. 现在它回复说，there are special circumstance where the
buysafe proce guarantee cannot be awarded ie coupon/promotional code which
is what you have. Our claims department has denied your claim.
想请问大神，这样情况还有没有机会appeal? 谢谢！

return then re-buy if it has free return shipping..LOL
