首先是老婆来信抱怨：
I am trying to charge the phone but the battery just doesn't charge. I take
the phone off the charger and the phone dies right away. Can you please send
me another battery or what I do have to do to get a phone with a battery
that works? Thanks
过了半小时，丈夫来信：
it works now... my wife is a goof ball... sorry and thanks for answering the
question.
