After receiving the computer yesterday i plugged it in and began the Start
up process i noticed the battery at 0% charge. After charging it all night
it is still at 0%. I'm guessing it is a bad battery. Do i need to return the
whole computer or can i just return the bad battery?

开后盖，拔电池，从新再插上。适用于SONY和一些牌子。

if Toshiba, you better help him to replace a battery from toshiba.com to
avoid the return of the laptop.

具体怎么弄？ 跟toshiba claim “ arrival of dead battery" ?
