卖了一个ps4， 然后buyer说不想要了，然后直接call tag。然后fedex把ps寄到了纽约
的一个warehouse, 而不是我的地址。请问现在该怎么办？buyer说amazon建议她file
claim，说先问问我before 她claim。我是不是直接要她claim算了？我也没法调查。多
谢啊。 btw, 她问fedex，fedex是这样说的：
They told me that the original package was shipped from a warehouse in
Edgewater New Jersey and delivered to valley Village CA . Fedex picked up
the package from my son's appartment in Valley village on Jan 24th and
returned it to the same warehouse in Edgewater on Jan 30th, received by G

但我没从NJ寄出去
