之前从第三方那买了个机箱，160刀，后来发现这个机箱屏蔽了我主板上的wifi，于是说
要退，第三方不让，然后打电话给amazon说可以退了，我自己付了运费，40刀，今天收
到退款，也是40刀，说明他们收了75%的restocking fee，感觉很扯淡，连cover运费都
不够
机箱delivery第二天我就退回去了，这是我第一次在amazon退东西，请问这种情况我可
以投诉么？具体怎么操作呢？最多能拿到多少退款？谢谢~

好像Amazon规定最多收50%。如果缺东西。否则是20%

没有。。。第三方不让退然后是amazon让退的，东西除了拆封跟刚买来没区别，包装纸
+盒子都是原样的。。。它是纯心想搞我吧

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price depending on the type
of item and condition in which it is returned. If you wish, you may charge a
restocking fee __up to__ the following amounts:
Up to 20% of item's price - Unopened media items or non-media items in
their original condition that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Up to 50% of item's price - Items that are not in their original
condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the
seller’s error
Up to 50% of item's price:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or
vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap)
This information is also provided to buyers in the Refund Help page on
Amazon.com.

这个卖家有点说不过去，毕竟东西如果成色还和新的一样的话，还可以继续卖。我觉得
楼主可以联系客服a2z，一般能拿回大部分钱。

ok,你是对的，不过amz给买家看的refund policy第二条是买家可以收到Up to 50% of
item's price

不讨论退货问题
主板上wifi被机箱屏蔽这个理由很扯，如果是真的，任何铁机箱都用不了吧，难道要塑
料机箱不成？
难道主板没附送个外接天线什么的

绝大部分机箱都有这个问题
因为默认你是装外置天线的
一些一体机是把wifi天线放在非金属部分上，比如mac是放在底部，imac放在logo下面
楼主这个属于买之前没做功课，要退肯定要收fee
但是75%太扯淡了
