这狗日的来信说,该如何办
Sorry I left bad feedback, I want to help you revise it and making it right.
You had 100% and I ruined it.
Please understand the software was activated and your responsibility was to
return it to who ever you purchased it from.
I was a little upset because of the results plus you not understanding my
situation.
Anyhow, I want to help you get your feedback up to 100%. Sent me a revise
mutual agreement and I will help you.

if you are selling on ebay, i have to say that the buyer is nice and he is
trying to help you. just send feedback revise request as he said, then he
can revise feedback.
