paypal默认是不需要buyer提供电话号码的。但是There is a way to require your
buyers to enter a phone number when checking out with paypal. You can do
this by clicking on the profile link (under my account after you login
paypal account), click "My Selling Tools", click "update" next to "Website
Preferences", scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "on" option
under "Contact Telephone Number". 见附图。
