有一个unauthorized payment，现在钱付给我以后，很快被paypal给hold住了。我还没
有寄东西。现在paypal resolution center有两个选项
（1）I have not shipped the item and I will refund the payment.
（2）I have refunded the payment for this transaction.
如果选（1），下一步操作就是refund
如果选（2），要求我填写refund的transaction ID
还是不用管（1）（2），让paypal自己把钱转回去？
