I placed an order on 20th April and it arrived on 28th of April after a week
in transit. I was surprised when i received my order that the packaging box
was not much bigger than the laptop packaging box and was further
dumbfounded that a laptop was transported by ground shipping DID NOT HAVE
FRAGILE ON THE BOX AND THERE WAS NO BUBBLE WRAPPING OR STYROFOAM WITHIN THE
PACKAGING BOX (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED). Just plain old brown wrapping paper.
One of the reasons I bought this computer from your company was my belief
that your company had enough professional experience in sales of computers
and other electronics. I am truly disappointed.
I just set up my computer on Wednesday and i started using it yesterday (
Thursday, 5/01) However I noticed that the battery light keeps blinking red
& green despite been plugged to a power source. I have called ASUS and was
told to shut down and thereafter hold down power button. This has stopped
the blinking red, however the customer service rep also said I should inform
the retailer from whom I purchased the computer for starters, hence my
email.
