和我的serial number不对，开始要exchange,后来我说和我的货对不上，就狗急跳墙，
要求全额refund，还要留恶评，联系了amazon居然要我给refund
请问大家该怎么处理？

我告诉它这个不是我发给你的那个，就威胁说要全额refund,还要给我留差评

tell amazon this is fraud, u are not going to refund any $, request case
closed and forwarded to fraud investigation team. Then praise amznon
markeplace is such a wonderful thing, people in amazon take fraud so
seriously.
