* Case description: He claimed he can purchase air ticket and charge a fee
for transaction. He only accepted cash card such as moneypak or other
prepaid card. I was requested to take picture of the cash card with barcode
number and receipt to him. But he cancelled the ticket after redeemed the
money.
* Payment method: 2 moneypak cards ($500 each), 1 vanilla prepaid card ($500
). The receipt are available per request.
