今年1月份卖了个新的老型号电脑，现在病人來鸿了：
Inquiry from Amazon customer xxx yyy: Received wrong item
If this item is brand new, why was it registered in 2011 and the warranty
expired 2012. This computer was advertised as new, i bought a new computer
and would like to know why this is no longer under warranty.
这个该如何应对？直接说是电脑是新的，型号是老的，可以吗？现在都5个月都过去了
，病人还能开A-z吗？Amazon上的老型号电脑当新的卖，Amazon也要求差不多一年
有效的厂家warranty吗？
