在Rakuten Beach Camera买了两个PayPal reader，但里面的15刀 code都已经被redeem
了，立马连络店家他们回信没有note it comes with $15 redemption code。
我觉得被骗了，已经contact Rakuten但他们说东西不是他们卖的，要我自己与seller
contact，请问还有什么方法可以把钱要回？
