我卖的是电脑，可是来信是这么说的
The switch arrived with the pins bent. It was in a flimsy box which is
destroyed and placed in an envelope that was not practical for shipping this
kind of product.
我就不懂了，电脑怎么换成switch了?
可以拒绝return吗

your buyer confused your order with his other orders. send him a message to
make a clarification. You cannot refuse return request if within 30-day
timeframe.
