恶霸上去年12月卖出去一台全新笔记本， 390刀，买家上个月从他的America Express
信用卡charge back，理由是和描述不符，前几天paypal 居然真的扣钱了， case
closed，俺打电话给Paypal 服务，他说是信用卡公司判买家赢，他也没办法。他
给buyer 发email 让他把笔记本退回来。今天收到买家来的email, 说这个笔记本5月
分屏幕出问题了，所以charge back, 现在可以寄还给俺，不同意付任何restocking
fee。天底下还有这种事～～～

一般直接收信用卡的商家都要保留receipt一年

similar case for a printer. buyer asking to return after 2 months, says 1
function does not work and epson was not helping. He also asked me whether
he can do chargeback since he paid with amex card.
Here is paypal's reply. Basically paypal does not cover if amex rule in
buyer's favor which is always the case.
