亚马逊是不是太保护客户了?不investigate,直接退款,什么原理?
我偶尔在亚马逊上卖点东西,买家都还算客气,没找麻烦。但这次作为一个买家,被气
到了。也就几块钱的东西,国内深圳发货那种。这卖家先是列个很便宜的价格,等几周
收到发现缺斤少两。这事在Ebay遇到过,最初遇到时不懂事,同意卖家一点点的小退款
给好评,最后发现还是亏,有助纣为虐的感觉。这次换亚马逊(以为亚马逊卖家老实点
),吸取教训不依了。交涉两次未果,卖家都只同意一点点退款,明摆着坑人。直接A-
to-Z,file的时候,马逊就让我选择接受Gift Card退款不?我选是,Claim resolved。
马逊不investigate么?Ebay好像有30天调查期吧。两家保护客户程度不一样?虽然这
个case对我有利,但是作为一个偶尔的马逊卖家,客户权利太大,卖家没什么安全感啊。
