学习了,谢谢 病人有的退货没退东西回来的,amz一般会赔,退东西回来了一般不赔。 - those cased i listed above, 退东西回来了, that is the reason i got confused. 另外amz那个写的退货原因不一定是真实的,有的比如是carrier damage amz管赔的, amz可能会随手写个defective,这样你可能看到有些defectiv amz也赔了 - wow, then how will happen? so not only cusomter can write whatever they want, amazon CS who receive the return can do that as well? Then as seller, how should i know which is true defective, which one is not. In other words, what part can i controll?
