在亚麻卖了一个全新N5，四天后buyer收到但立马就要求return，说手机是买给他老婆
但她喜欢iPhone，今天东西退回来了，但外面的蓝色的sleeve不见了，就只收到原本的
白盒子，这种我可以拒绝return吗？东西没开包，还是factory sealed的。

刚问了亚麻，因为item还是sealed的，不建议我收RS，可能buyer会给我neg feedback
或直接A-Z，亚麻建议deduct运费就好，亚麻几时对买家这么好了？
另一个问题，没有sleeve的全新N5还可以当全新卖吗？会不会有问题？

就是少了图中蓝色的sleeve，如果我在description有写没有这东东，我还可以当new的

You cannot sell it as new with the outside cover. You may send an email to
the buyer and tell him that without the cover, it lose half of it retail
value. But you are willing take part of the loss. Ask him whether it is OK
to charge 25% restocking fee.

then ask his acceptable level. You need write in a way that he feels it is
his fault for your loss, and you take the most of the loss.
