如题
手上有个二手titan z显卡想在ebay上面拍卖又拍被掉包或者用坏了退货
请问如何能不允许退货发货前用DV录下来在发货可以吗？

if you are new seller, you have a high chance to meet with an evil. it is
impossible 不允许退货. if the buyer is a new ID, don't ship it, just refund
him and cancel it. because the high value of the video card, ebay fee is
high and you may not get it back if cancelled. my suggestion is to ask some
familiar doctor to sell it for you.
