半夜遭遇无知大妈退Tablet# ebiz - 电子商务

今年二月从BB买的和U430 bundle的Lenovo Miix 2 8 32GB，大妈一个星期前买的， 现
在说不是从Lenovo直接进的货的应该算used，我的肯定是used或refurbished，要求
full refund。幼小的心灵又受到了打击，睡不着了，请大家给点建议，office的问题
怎么解决？不行自己联系Lenovo了。
昨晚第一个message：
Hi, I have 2 questions about my Lenovo I received.. Is it suppose to have a
separate literature or paper with a code to use the Microsoft Office Home
and Student ? And, is there other literature like registration that comes
with it ?
I did receive the Lenovo set up guide..

I bought it from Best Buy and never had it opened. I am not sure what are
included in the box. I read amazon and newegg descriptions and looks like
Microsoft Office Home and Student is one of the features of the Tablet. You
may contact Lenovo Tech support on this issue. Sorry I don't know much about
this tablet.

Thanks for the information. I was not aware this was bought from another
retailer or 2nd or 3rd hand. It was advertised as new from LENOVO.
It has literature missing and the operating system was not at factory
settings when I turned it on. It appears used or refurbished and must be
repackaged. It doesnt have a registration form either, so it's probably been
registered from previous owner.
I thought sellers bought directly from the manufacturer as advertised or
sold it as "used." . I know you say it was not opened by you, but it's been
used and repackaged and LENOVO told me it's not under warranty from
previously owned. You may check with BEST BUY if it's guaranteed as NEW when
you acquired it.
I would like a full refund please. I did not know AMAZON sold items as new
when they are previously owned.
