I am not satisfied with this PC until now, at first, it can not connect
wireless normally, and when I ask my friend to fix this question, I just
think everything would be good, but when I use it during one hour, it lost
connection 3 times, so I feel disappoint. it should not the problem happened
which worth almost 1000 dollors, so my question is if I turn it back, what
is your return and refurns policy.

you may show us the computer model so we may help you get the problem fixed.
Many of the issues, especially HP notebooks, are due to wireless driver.

恩，感觉一般是driver问题，先让他试试update driver吧。
