This is the fourth return request today for xbox one.
Their QA is so bad?
We bought this for our daughter for Xmas. My husband spent all day trying
to get it to work. It is making crazy sounds when you try and load the CD
and there is no way to actually get the game to play. The CD also sticks
and you can't get it out. It was a very disappointing Xmas for all of us.
My daughter's main gift never worked and my husband wasted most of his Xmas
trying to deal with it. I want to send this back for a refund ASAP!!!
