一个日本买家在ebay上买了我的ITunes Gift Card,可是paypal上明明说“OK to ship
"并且说”seller proection eligible“,我才发了images给他的,现在paypal把我账
号冻结了,里面的钱取不出来,这都7/8年的账号了,打电话说要shipping traking
number,今天刚把实体卡寄出去,验证身份,把买卡的invoice也附上了,还是不行,
求问是不是中招了,谢谢!

days, we'll email you information on how to receive your funds.
